Refund and cancellation

This policy applies to paid Vault Nodecore offerings: Field Ledger notes, Measurement Desk seats, Attribution Residencies, and in-house clinics. Prices on the site are informational; the confirmation note and invoice state the amount actually charged. This site does not process checkout.

Eligibility

Refunds are available to the person or organisation named on the invoice. We do not refund a seat to a third party who paid informally on someone else’s behalf unless that arrangement was written on the invoice. Complimentary guest access and alumni list membership after a completed intensive are not separately refundable.

Timeframe

Write to info@vault-nodecore.digital with the invoice number before the first live sitting if you want a full tuition refund on a Measurement Desk or Residency seat. For Field Ledger, request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the notes being issued and before you have downloaded more than the orientation packet. Requests after those points are assessed as partial or declined under the conditions below.

Full refund

A full refund of tuition is given if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a transfer to the next Bangkok sitting, or if you cancel in writing before the first live session (Measurement Desk / Residency) or within the Field Ledger window above without substantial download. Bank fees charged by your institution are not added back.

Partial refund

If you withdraw after week one and before week five of the intensive, we refund fifty percent (50%) of Measurement Desk tuition, less any Field Ledger materials already issued as part of the seat. After week five, tuition is earned. Residency private hours that have not yet been held can be refunded at the difference between Residency and Measurement Desk prices if you cancel those hours at least seven days in advance.

Non-refundable items

Completed private clinic hours, issued tax-invoice processing already filed, printed workbooks if we ever dispatch them, and third-party venue costs itemised on an in-house clinic quote are non-refundable. MMP licences, cloud costs, and media spend were never sold by us and are outside this policy.

Refund process

Send a refund request from the email on the invoice, state the program, invoice number, and reason, and tell us the original payment method. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen (14) working days after that confirmation. You will receive a short written outcome either way.

Processing time and method

Bank transfers inside Thailand usually appear within five working days after we initiate them. International transfers can take longer depending on correspondent banks. We refund by the same method used to pay unless that method is closed, in which case we will ask for a Thai bank account in the invoice name. We do not refund in cash at the Phra Nakhon office and we do not issue store credit instead of money unless you ask for a transfer to a later sitting in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel a reserved seat by email. If you simply stop attending, that is not a cancellation; tuition follows the partial-refund ladder above. Vault Nodecore may cancel or postpone a sitting for instructor illness, venue failure, or insufficient enrolment. In those cases you may transfer to the next sitting or take a full refund of unused tuition.

Exceptions

If a confirmed student dies or is hospitalised for more than two weeks during the intensive, we refund unused tuition in full on receipt of reasonable documentation from the billing contact. If we find that submitted work was plagiarised from another desk or that unredacted customer data was shared after a written warning, we may refuse further access without refund beyond unused private hours. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law that cannot be waived remain available.
